Terms and Conditions



All orders must be paid in full before order can be processed. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and money orders.


Use of Trademarks

If we use artwork that you have provided us with to imprint on your product, you are warranting that you have unrestricted rights and authority to use and distribute this artwork.


Turn Around Time

All orders are guaranteed to be shipped within 7 – 10 business days once artwork is approved. If you have an order that needs to be rushed, this must be stated when placing order. A rush fee may apply.


Sizing and Color Matching

Artwork will be printed according to the sizes stated on the approved mock-up(s). We do our best to match ink colors to the colors shown in the artwork but cannot guarantee exact matches unless we’re given Pantone colors to match colors with.


Cancelling of Order

An order can be cancelled up until the day you approve the artwork and printing has started. Once printing has started, orders cannot be cancelled.



Customers are responsible for all shipping charges. Sunset Graphics & Decals is not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged merchandise during the shipping process or for any delays caused by the shipping company.


Quality Inspection

We do our best to check every garment that comes off the press, but there could be times when a mistake makes it out the door. It is your responsibility as the customer to check over the garments when you receive them. We allow an industry standard of 72 hours (business days) from the time you receive the goods to notify us of any issues with your order. Sunset Graphics & Decals will not be responsible for errors after 72 hours. Sunset Graphics & Decals will also not be responsible for any lost income, customers, contracts and/or accounts if defective garments are sent out to your final customer.



At Sunset Graphics & Decals, you are very important to us. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the finished product once it arrives, because of a defect with the order or if the design is not as promised, please give us a call and we will re-print your order or give you a full refund. We will even pay to have the damaged product shipped back to us.
